Mayberry Workshop LLC ("Mayberry Workshop," "we," "us") runs www.mayberryworkshop.com (the "site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

We collect the information you type into our forms:

  • Book a Call form: name, email address and phone number.
  • Property Evaluation order form: name, email address, phone number, property address, city, ZIP code and anything you tell us about your project.
  • Scheduling: when you book a time through our Google Calendar booking page, Google collects the details you enter to create the appointment.
  • Payments: property evaluations are paid through Stripe. Stripe collects your card and billing details directly. We never see or store your full card number; we receive a record of the payment, your name and email.
  • Email and phone: anything you send us when you contact us directly.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, clicks, scrolling and the time and date of your visit.

We use these tools:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site.
  • HubSpot to track website visits and manage our contacts and follow-up.
  • Meta Pixel to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
  • YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) to show embedded videos.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
